Hello and Welcome

Hi, I am Jo, a qualified Humanistic Counsellor, who offers one to one counselling, with clients over 16 years old.

I hold a Ba (Hons) in Humanistic Counselling and am a member of The British Association in Counselling and Psychotherapy and work within their ethical framework.

I'm also qualified to conduct sessions through remote means, such as telephone or videoing platforms. 

​

Since 2015 I have worked with a range of client groups including children and young people(14+), adults, survivors of abuse, those who have special educational needs and members of the LGBTQ+ community.

​

I also work in Further Education and am a volunteer counsellor for a local charity which provides accessible counselling for children and young people.

​

Currently I am offering counselling sessions either through Microsoft Teams or telephone.

There is no obligation to continue with counselling after the consultation ,what is important is that you find the right therapist.
